Digital developments are reshaping every part of our society, demanding constant learning and adaptation. Yet for many young people facing barriers, access to this learning remains out of reach. Recognising that digital skills are now essential to social mobility, Osborne Clarke and national youth charity UK Youth joined forces to ensure those most at risk of being left behind are supported to thrive.
The Digital Inclusion Fund has run from 2022 to 2025, directly funding and supporting 20 youth organisations to improve their digital capabilities and deliver key digital skills to their young people.

UK Youth is proud to partner with Osborne Clarke to tackle digital exclusion and strengthen the support available to young people across the UK. Together, we’re helping youth organisations improve their digital capacity by providing funding, devices, connectivity and access to expert legal and advisory support.
This partnership is already helping thousands of young people gain the skills, confidence and access they need to learn, connect and thrive in an increasingly digital world. By combining Osborne Clarke’s expertise with the power of youth work, we’re creating stronger, more inclusive communities and helping young people shape brighter futures.

“The impact of this work has been transformative for both our organisation and the young people we work with. For the young people, the workshops have enhanced their digital literacy, equipping them with essential skills in internet safety, AI, and the use of various applications. This knowledge has not only boosted their confidence but also opened up new opportunities for learning and personal development.”

“The impact on our excluded young people has also been life changing, supporting them in education at a time of trauma when social services can’t help. We created an open space they can continue to learn which has impacted not only their education but also their mental health and wellbeing as well as rebuilding confidence and giving them self-worth.”
