A rare opportunity to help develop a high-value donor programme from within one of the UK’s most respected youth sector organisations. This isn’t a role where you inherit a polished programme and maintain it. You’ll help to shape it. As Major Donor Manager at UK Youth, you’ll build meaningful, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals who share our belief that youth work changes lives and you’ll have the support to make that programme exceptional.
You’ll sit within a strongly performing, highly motivated Fundraising team alongside colleagues working across events, corporate, and trust and foundation income. You’ll have a proven track record in major donor fundraising, with direct experience of cultivating and closing five or six-figure gifts. You’re confident asking and equally confident listening. You understand that the most transformational relationships are built on trust, patience, and genuine connection to a cause.
