Since 2022, UK Youth and Burger King UK have worked together to expand access to life-changing youth work across the country. The partnership focuses on ensuring young people have what they need to thrive: safe spaces in their communities, trusted adults for support, and opportunities to build essential life skills.
A core feature of the partnership is Burger King UK’s collaboration with Pennies, which enables customers to donate to UK Youth when making a purchase. These micro-donations are helping fund youth work nationwide and contributing to a happier, healthier and more financially secure future generation.
Burger King customers have donated to UK Youth more than 160,000 times when ordering at the till. This means more people than ever are joining in and supporting the power of youth work.

Burger King is not just a funder — it is an active, hands-on partner. The organisation creates early-career pathways for young people who face barriers to employment and has taken steps to make its restaurants safer, more supportive, and more inclusive environments for young people.

Burger King employees go beyond financial backing — they actively fundraise and volunteer for UK Youth. For example, large teams have taken on challenges like the Three Peaks hike to raise funds.
They’re also engaged in awareness campaigns, bringing their energy and commitment into the heart of the community.
This hands-on involvement reinforces that the partnership isn’t just corporate giving — it’s deeply personal.
UK Youth and STOP THE TRAFFIK have joined forces with Burger King UK to launch a targeted prevention initiative addressing the growing threat of County Lines exploitation.
Reaching over 380,000 young people across the UK, the campaign addressed one of the most common and harmful forms of youth exploitation, where young people are coerced or manipulated into criminal activity, often related to drug trafficking. This innovative partnership highlight’s Burger King UK’s commitment to social responsibility— working with expert organisations to tackle this nationwide issue and support young people in the communities they serve.
