UK Youth are recruiting a Partnerships & Fundraising Manager to join our passionate, dynamic and energetic Partnerships & Fundraising Team.
As Partnerships and Fundraising Manager you will be primarily responsible for identifying and securing new long term corporate partnerships for the charity, as well as managing a growing portfolio of partnerships ensuring we maximise income and other benefits.
Founded in 1911, UK Youth provides young people aged 8-25 with high quality services, delivered through a network of locally accessible youth organisations across the UK. Together we offer support, advice and training to over 1.5 million young people to equip them with skills for the future and help them engage in education, volunteering and employment. Our mission is to provide access to appropriate, high quality services for young people in every community so that all young people are empowered to build bright futures, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Our work engages young people most in need of support with 86% of the young people on our programmes facing at least one barrier to progress and over half living in some of the most deprived areas of the UK. Thanks to high quality youth work delivered by a trusted adult in a local safe space, 64% of our young people report improved key life skills after engaging with our skills development programmes.

We are looking for a high performing Manager who will play a key role in identifying, securing and developing long-term corporate support. You will be instrumental in building new partnerships with corporate partners to grow income and raise awareness. You will be target driven and be a skilled and personable relationship manager; excel at developing internal and external networks and feel confident in communicating to a variety of audiences.
