We are looking for an Interim New Business Corporate Partnerships Manager to join us initially for 3 months. You will join our team at a pivotal point in our 100-year history as we embark on a new strategy with big ambitions.


As a national organisation with a growing public profile, we will be doubling our efforts to drive increased investment and support to local youth services who are supporting some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people in the UK. This work has never been more needed in the wake of a global pandemic.

Who we are?

Founded over 100 years ago, UK Youth is a national charity that exists to ensure all young people are equipped to thrive and empowered to contribute at every stage of their lives. We provide infrastructure support to more than 5,500 local youth organisations, collectively reaching 1.6 million young people and we deliver high quality skills development programmes, ranging from employability to STEM and the Arts. We are lucky to have the support of well-known and highly respected corporate brands including Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn and Oliver Bonas.


Young people with complex needs and those from disadvantaged backgrounds are being hardest hit by rising inequality and cuts to local services. Never has there been a more crucial time for organisations to work with young people. 


91% of young people supported by UK Youth face at least one barrier to progression; from being in care, experiencing homelessness to having a disability or poor mental health. We work in partnership with local youth clubs and organisations to deliver high-quality services, grow good practice and campaign to increase nationwide investment and support for young people and youth work.


For many young people, their youth worker can be one of the only people they can openly talk to, and their club is the only space they have to develop their voice, explore their character and realise their full potential.

Compensation package of £30,000-£36,000 (depending on experience)
27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff)

Additional Information

As this role involves working in a regulated environment with young people any offer will be conditional to satisfactory background checks which include criminal record check and employment reference.
