UK Youth provides young people aged 8-25 with high quality services, delivered through a network of 3,536 local youth organisations across the UK. Together we offer support, advice and training to over 1.5 million young people to equip them with skills for the future and help them engage in education, volunteering and employment.

About the role

As Head of Corporate Partnerships and Individual Giving you will be responsible for leading the growth in our corporate partnerships team focusing on Charity of the Year type partnerships ensuring high quality account management and excellent supporter experience. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing an individual giving strategy that grows our mid-level giving programme and develops new major donor and legacy programmes.

This is an exciting time to join the fundraising team at UK Youth as we look to build on our success and grow our impact. We have recently brought together the Fundraising functions from across the organisation into one team who are responsible for securing funding for our portfolio of national skills development programmes, outdoor education and youth voice. as well as for our essential core services such Membership, Policy & Comms, Impact & Learning, Finance, HR and Partnerships & Fundraising.

Each year the charity seeks to secure c. £6m in fundraising from a variety of sources including Trusts & Foundations, Statutory sources, Corporate Partners, Individuals and through our events portfolio and we have ambitious plans for the future.

Base Salary
£ 38,000 - £ 48,000, dependant on experience

Working Hours
We are a flexible employer and will to consider applicants applying for this role on working on a part time, flexible basis or job share basis, this will be subject to operation need. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required as part of this role.
