The People Officer will provide comprehensive and effective administrative support to the People Team, including payroll administration, recruitment, onboarding, staff benefits, training administration and the maintenance and development of HR databases and files. The post holder will be the first point of contact for all routine and general HR, payroll and recruitment enquiries. They will be responsible for administering Charity’s essential HR procedures across the employee lifecycle, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for candidates that have the skills and ability to work efficiently and prioritise effectively, consistently producing high quality, accurate and clear outputs in a timely manner. To thrive in this role, they will be proactive with a can-do attitude and build and maintain relationships across all levels using strong written and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have energy, enthusiasm, an eye for detail, willingness to learn, get on with the job and enjoy working in a challenging environment with a varied workload.
