She worked in Australia before joining UK Youth in 2008 as Head of Advocacy & Communications. She became Chief Executive at UK Youth in 2010. |

Louis has more than 20 years of local authority and charity experience focusing on work with young people. He joined UK Youth in 1995.

Pauline has graduate & post-graduate qualifications in youth work and has been with UK Youth for more than 20 years, leading the youth work team for the majority of that time.
