Youth Achievement Foundation - Programme Director
This post is supported by funding from the Department for Children, Schools and Families Youth Sector Development Fund

To date over 600 NEET young people have benefited, 75% gaining Youth Achievement Awards, 75% gaining a Key Skill and 100% gaining accredited outcomes.A 2006 Ofsted Report called the provision ‘outstanding’. We know the model works, is cost-effective and sustainable and we have recently received substantial funding from the DCSF Youth Sector Development Fund to expand this programme throughout England.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to build on the success of an established model of work with young people at risk of becoming NEET and develop a programme of national significance. The post could either be home based or located at our headquarters in The New Forest. Contact John Bateman on 08458 620157 for an informal discussion about this post.
