UK Youth meet Children’s Commissioner for England at Coalition for Young People

UK Youth employees meet Sir Al Aynsley-Green, Children’s Commissioner for England

Employees from leading youth work charity, UK Youth, last night met Sir Al Aynsley-Green, Children’s Commissioner for England at a Coalition for Young People launch reception which took place at the Liberal Democrat Party Conference in Bournemouth.

UK Youth is a partner in the Coalition for Young People.Staff from the charity spoke to Sir Al Aynsley-Green about what UK Youth is doing to help and encourage disadvantaged young people around the UK to make them feel more positive and valued members of society.

Speakers included Simon Hughes MP, Liberal Democrat Party President David Laws MP, Shadow Secretary for Children, Schools and Families, young people from a local vinvolved project and Sir Al Aynsley-Green.
