UK Youth, representing and working with over 40,000 volunteers and youth workers through its network of member associations, seeks to raise awareness of quality youth work nationally.
We raise awareness of quality youth work via:
- UK Youth Magazine (published quarterly)
- Conferences (e.g. 'More Rungs on the Ladder', 'Youth Achivement Awards Network Conference; National Members Group's annual youth-led conference)
- Awareness-raising events (e.g. annual First Gear & On Two Wheels Dinner; the Youth Achievement Awards Dinner)
- Advocacy seminars at Westminster
- UK Youth Bulletin (monthly e-publication of latest youth work news from across the UK )
- Youth Policy Briefing (distributed to MPs, special advisors, youth work sector specialists, journalists and policy-makers)
