Dave Gibbs, UK Youth Education and Training Development
Dave has worked for over 20 years with young homeless people through in a range of capacities and he is also UK Youth's representative for the European Confederation of Youth Clubs (ECYC). Read more.
Ruth Gilchrist, UK Youth Education and Training Development
Ruth qualified as a teacher and community and youth worker in 1978 and joined UK Youth in 2006. She has over 30 years' experience of working with young people including centre based, detached and outreach work. Read more.
Jeanna Park, UK Youth Education and Training Development
Jeanna has a wide range of experience over many years in the sector including community work, girls work and international youth work. She has also held a number of positions in the youth work team at UK Youth before arriving in her current role. Read more.
Julie Smith, UK Youth Education and Training Development
Julie started work as a youth worker in 1991 in Leicestershire and has been working with UK Youth since 2005 her expertise areas include accrediting youth work. Read more.
Lara Kramer, UK Youth Education and Training Development
Lara has worked all over the South West on various informal education programmes for young people using volunteering, art workshops and outdoor activities as a way to engage young people and improve their skills and confidence. Read more.
Ruth Bradbrook, Consultant Trainer
Ruth has worked with young people at risk for over 20 years, first as a face to face practitioner with Fairbridge and Outward Bound and, latterly, in staff and organisational development as Training and Development Manager for Fairbridge. Read more.
Tracy Hind, Consultant Trainer
Tracy qualified as a youth worker in 1991 and has developed and run non-formal education programmes with young people, mainly in inner-city environments. This includes work with a wide variety of harder to reach groups. Read more.
David McNicholl, Consultant Trainer
Dave has been involved in youth work for over 20 years, originally with the Scouts and youth clubs in Liverpool. In 2006 Dave moved to Youth Federation as a community development worker and today he is a Senior Manager of Warrington Youth Club. Read more.
Vanessa Rogers, Consultant Trainer
Vanessa has ten years' experience within Hertfordshire County Council both at practitioner and management levels. Prior to becoming a youth work consultant, Vanessa managed a wide range of services for young people including a large youth centre, early intervention services and targeted detached projects. Sarah has ten years experience in managing Detached Youth Work Projects, she then moved into Youth & Community work training working in a variety of settings. Read more.
