Level 2 Personal Safety in a Youth Work Setting

With an increasing emphasis on the need to provide youth work services over the weekends, many workers are expressing a need to receive additional training on working with young people under the influence of alcohol or substances. The responsibility to ensure the safety of the young people, volunteers and staff will be paramount and this course will provide an opportunity to identify potentially dangerous situations and equip staff with a range of skills and approaches to minimise risk within weekend provision.
