Membership Development Executive
This is a fantastic opportunity to become Membership Development Executive of UK Youth, an influential charity dedicated to supporting young people to realise their potential. It is an exciting time to be joining this 105 year old organisation as we increase our impact over the coming year.
We are looking for a positive, proactive and highly efficient Membership Development Executive who will drive and deliver against the membership and accreditation development and recruitment strategy. You will identify and develop engagement programmes to on-board new members and accreditation registrations, to meet UK Youth’s targets. Ensuring a compelling customer journey through relationship management to increase the number of UK Youth members, event and accreditation participants.
You will be creative, proactive and have initiative and ideas. You will be organised, driven, and reliable and have a positive approach to your work. You will be able to work at a high level both within UK Youth and with our membership, have a flexible approach to work and a willingness to work irregular hours, and be prepared to travel away from home on occasion to meet operational needs. Above all, you will have an interest in changing young people’s lives for the better.

Salary: c£25,000 pa
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
