Membership Projects Manager (Development)

This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious project manager to help shape the future of our member relations and development activity at UK Youth. We have recently launched a new offer to our membership, which promises to be an exciting development in sector training and programmes to organisations supporting young people to build brighter futures. 

We are looking for someone with excellent project management skills who can easily engage with a range of stakeholders and has the drive and enthusiasm to grow our membership network. You will be instrumental in developing a member centric focus to our work at UK Youth, developing the current offer and delivering against targets for increasing the membership and retaining current members, using the new programme offer as part of the sales and retention plan. You will be happy to roll up your sleeves and tackle everything from the ground upwards in order to fulfil our ambitious plans for the coming years. 

You will be creative, proactive and ambitious along with being organised and keen to actively seek out new opportunities and revenue associated with membership activity. You will be confident to deliver presentations and facilitate workshops and training to a range of stakeholders and you will be able to work at a high level both within UK Youth and our members.

Salary:  circa £30,000 pa

Location:  London

Hours:  37.5 per week Monday to Friday
