Team Administrator

UK Youth are recruiting for a part time, temporary Team Administrator to help the National Programmes team during an especially busy period. In particular the team need help with recruiting delivery partners within UK Youth’s network to deliver a new programme.

The Team Administrator’s main responsibilities will be:

  • Phone calls to UK Youth partners to engage with new programme offers
  • Packaging and postage of resources to partners
  • Data entry from programme participant surveys
  • Managing systems for tracking and logging partner correspondence
  • Booking travel and logistics for upcoming events

Person specification

To be considered for this role you must be available to start immediately and have demonstrable experience of the following:

  • Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Being highly organised
  • Working in a structured and methodical way
  • Using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Working under own initiative once given tasks
  • Building working relationships with colleagues

It is also desirable that you have experience in the following:

  • Working with young people and understanding their needs
  • Working in the voluntary sector

This is a temporary position with an immediate start and is likely to be for 3 days a week


Salary:  £9.75 per hour

Location:  London
