Partnerships and Fundraising Manager

UK Youth is looking for an energetic and creative fundraising professional to join our Partnerships and Fundraising team as a Partnerships and Fundraising Manager

Founded in 1911, UK Youth provides young people aged 9-25 with high quality services, delivered through a network of locally accessible youth organisations across the UK. Together we offer support, advice and training to over 840,000 young people to equip them with vital life skills and help them engage in education, volunteering and employment. Our mission is to provide access to appropriate, high quality services for young people in every community so that all young people are empowered to build bright futures, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships and Fundraising this role is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to take a lead role in generating income from managing and developing relationships with individual donors and corporate partners. As a senior role within the Partnerships and Fundraising team you will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships to both identify and secure new donors as well as supporting and retaining existing donors. Building on the success of our current corporate partnerships (including Microsoft, Starbucks and PwC) and the 100 Giving Club, you will play a key role in helping us reach fundraising targets as well as growing our supporter base.

We are looking for an excellent communicator who can articulate the need and impact of UK Youth’s work in varied and innovative ways. You will be passionate about fundraising and be ambitious and results driven. You will be able to prioritise and make decisions, work autonomously and to tight deadlines. You will also be resilient and comfortable working under pressure.


Salary:              £30,000-£36,000 dependant on experience

Location:          London
