We are looking for additional freelance fundraisers to support our work with young people.
The successful candidates will have an impeccable track record of developing and nurturing successful relationships with funders and securing significant support and you will use this expertise and experience to enhance UK Youth’s profile, and to grow income streams, with a particular focus on Trusts and Foundations.
You will be results driven and unfazed by high-level income generation targets. You will have outstanding copy writing abilities and communication skills, able to collaborate across the organisation to understand UK Youth’s work and identify opportunities that support our charitable, strategic and business goals.
You will be able to prioritise and make decisions, work autonomously and to tight deadlines. You will be resilient and comfortable working under pressure. You will be meticulously organised and able to assimilate information quickly, think logically and execute everything you do with an eye for detail.
While not essential, it is preferable that you have experience of raising significant funds within youth related organisations.
